Clear Ocean Seafood | Vancouver Scallop Wholesale Supplier

Ingredients

• 6pc of Clear Ocean half shell scallop
• 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
• 1/4 cup of shredded mozzarella
• 2 strips of bacon, cut into 6 pieces

Steps

1. Place 6 pcs of Clear Ocean half shell scallop in a baking tray.
2. Use a spoon to add equal amount of Mayonnaise on each shell to cover the meat.
3. Put 1 piece of bacon on the top of each scallop.
4. Spread the Mozzarella cheese evenly on the piece of scallop.
5. Baking in a conventional oven at 200C for 10 mins.
